Dilly’s Chocolates is a passion-driven artisan chocolate business based in Pembrokeshire, Wales. Founded in 2018, my journey into the world of fine chocolate began as a birthday gift – books by renowned chocolatiers Peter Greweling and William Curley. From that moment, I was captivated by the science of tempering, the magic of ganache, and the artistry of chocolate decoration.
To refine my craft, I trained at Squires Kitchen under Mark Tilling, winner of the UK Chocolate Master in 2007 and 2009, and the first winner of Bake Off Crème de la Crème. I further developed my skills at the Callebaut Academy through a specialised course in Creative Chocolate Skills with Julie Sharp.
Since launching my chocolate kitchen, I’ve worked tirelessly to perfect my flavours, textures, and designs. Each creation reflects my dedication to quality and artistry, ensuring that every bite delivers a luxurious chocolate experience.
