Triston has looked after me for three years now. Any problem I have, is diagnosed and coupled with a comprehensive rehabilitation plan to help me recover as quickly as possible, without the risk of re-injury. More recently, I have torn my ACL where Triston has been able to provide an excellent pre-operation plan to put me in the best possible situation post-operation. Not only does he have the expertise, but he also provides reassurance and checks in to see how rehabilitation is going and if there are any unanswered questions. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic physio, very thorough with knowledge, information and understanding the extent of my injury during my initial assessment. Put together a brilliant rehab plan for myself and always there if I have any questions at all. Sadly, I have had to see many physiotherapists over the years due to different sports injuries and Triston is by far the best physio I've had the pleasure to work with.
