MILFORD Haven earned an excellent win on Saturday (Dec 2) as they beat Lampeter Town 15-13.
It was one of a handful of games played on Saturday as heavy rain and cold weather saw many others cancelled.
James Trueman put Milford ahead with a penalty.
Lampeter then took the lead with an unconverted try from Dan Morgans.
Osian Jones scored a penalty to give the visitors an 8-3 lead at half time.
In the second half, an unconverted try from Jimmy Buirds brought Milford level.
Jones then scored Lampeter's second try to put them ahead but the conversion was missed.
Milford hit back though and Buirds scored his second try to bring the Mariners level.
Trueman held his nerve to slot the conversion to put the home side ahead.
They held on to seal their third win of the season.
In the Division 2 Cup, Tenby visited Swansea Uplands but could not come away with the win.
The Swansea side earned victory by 22 points to 14.
Dan Colley scored two tries and Harry Rossitter added the conversions but it wasn't enough for the Pembrokeshire side.
The two tries for Dan, who has now scored 7 in his last 2 games, took him past the 300-point mark for the club.
All other games involving Pembrokeshire sides were called off.
