This week we spoke to Liam Sheehan who has recently taken the plunge to become his own boss at “Style & Tile”, launching his tiling business to deliver beautiful homes for his customers.

Liam began working for himself as a tiler following the completion of an Expert Tiling Course in Newport in early 2022. They are the highest-rated, dedicated tiling centre in the UK - meaning that Liam has undergone the best training possible and he says without them he would not have been able to gain the knowledge and skills to start his own tiling business.

He opted for the change of career in order to have total freedom in deciding how he would work and to gain a better work-life balance and job satisfaction. 

Since going on his own, he says his short time running his tiling business has already been incredibly rewarding and he loves meeting with a variety of people, each with their own visions who he can help achieve their dreams with bathrooms, kitchens and all sorts of other projects.

Seeing them satisfied with the end result is what makes all the hard work and effort worthwhile and he has been blown away by the fantastic testimonials and recommendations he has received so far.
