The Bristol Trader is a wonderful restaurant that offers a wide selection of beers and ales to suit all tastes. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with pleasant and attentive staff who provided excellent service during my recent visit with my girlfriend.

I particularly enjoyed the Steak and Beer-braised Onion Ciabatta, which was a perfect blend of flavors and textures. The bread was fresh and soft, while the beer-braised onions provided a sweet and savory complement to the dish. This came with chips, a delicious refreshing side salad and a lovely serving of coleslaw to accompany the meal which I washed down with a Tiny Rebel Ale, one of the unique drinks on offer that I was eager to try out having not seen elsewhere.

Meanwhile, my girlfriend was delighted with her Chicken & Noodles Trader Stir Fry, which was cooked to perfection and came with a generous serving of vegetables to give a delightfully fresh flavour with its asian style sauce.

We were impressed by the flavourful food and interesting options available with a variety of cuisines and culinary styles throughout the menu. 

Having stopped in for lunch, we are very keen to come back to try more! The Bristol Trader is undoubtedly a great place to dine and drink in Haverfordwest with top food and service too.
