Kilgetty secured a 1-0 victory on the road against Pennar Robins thanks to a goal from Joshua Bevan in Manderwood Pembrokeshire Division One.
After three consecutive draws, it was the hosts that had the first chance to go in front when they were awarded a penalty kick in the third minute. Sean Edmundson sent the goalkeeper the wrong way but dragged his shot wide.
Kilgetty then took the lead in the 22nd minute thanks to Joshua Bevan who was set up by Lloyd Hughes, in what was to be the game's only goal.
Kilgetty will hope that the victory will help kickstart their league campaign, which has been stop-start due to a combination of poor weather and their great run in the West Wales Cup, where they have been drawn to take on fellow Pembrokeshire side Merlins Bridge in the quarter-final.
Kilgetty find themselves in the bottom half of the table in 9th place but have played fewer league games than any other side with just 13 matches being played, so will be hoping to rise up the table in the final months of the season.
