After three consecutive draws in Pembrokeshire Division Four, Milford Athletic moved out of the relegation places with a 4-3 victory over Monkton Swifts 3rds.
The two teams had recently met in February, where Milford Athletic secured a 4-1 victory over the Swifts in the Division Four Cup.
Things did not start brightly for Ath, who quickly found themselves 0-2 down with goals from James Kitts and Lucas Thomas.
Milford Athletic soon hit back with three goals in response, including a double from talisman Dave Hawkins to give his side a 3-2 lead at half-time.
Lucas Thomas then equalised for the visitors in the 50th minute with the the game looking like they points would be shared between the two sides.
Ciaran Lewis fired home the winner for Milford Athletic in the 82nd minute with an assist for Peter Tunstall.
Milford Athletic now sit in 10th place, above Carew 3rds on goal difference as they fight to stay in Division Four in what looks set to be a closely contested relegation battle between a handful of teams.
