The historic Lord Nelson Hotel in Milford Haven has expanded its hospitality offerings with the launch of Horatio's, a dedicated restaurant promising a refined dining experience in the heart of Pembrokeshire.

Named after Britain's celebrated naval hero, Horatio's combines the hotel's storied maritime heritage with contemporary cuisine, offering both locals and visitors a new gastronomic destination to explore.

The restaurant's menu features locally-sourced ingredients transformed into beautifully presented dishes, from breakfast, to lunch and evening menus, to their renowned Sunday Roast Dinners.
