The Brewery Inn enjoyed a tremendously successful Mother's Day celebration this year, with a fully booked dining room throughout the special Sunday service. Blessed with pleasant spring weather, the popular Pembrokeshire establishment welcomed families from across the region to honour mothers with a delicious feast.

The venue's carefully crafted Mother's Day menu proved immensely popular, offering diners a choice of two courses for £29 or three courses for £36. Inside the cosy restaurant, guests indulged in seasonal delights such as the buffalo mozzarella and tomato tart starter and the slow roast topside of beef with all the trimmings. The 6oz lamb rump with truffle and wild garlic mashed potato was another standout choice among diners.

Many families took advantage of the sunshine to enjoy pre-dinner drinks in the inn's charming garden, creating a festive atmosphere throughout the grounds. The combination of the spring weather and the special occasion brought a vibrant energy to the establishment.

As the evening drew to a close, the restaurant reported that their Mother's Day service had been one of their most successful special events of the year so far, setting a promising tone for the upcoming spring and summer season.
