St Davids, Pembrokeshire, Blas is proud to announce the promotion of two of our long-standing culinary talents, Dan and Gareth, to the positions of Head Chefs. Their passion, creativity, and deep respect for local ingredients have long shaped our kitchen, and now, they’re leading it into an exciting new chapter.
“After nearly 20 years of working in the best kitchens across the UK and alongside many talented chefs, I’m excited for what we can achieve here,” said Gareth. “We have a passionate, willing team and are aiming to produce the best local food and develop our presence in Pembrokeshire.”
