Looking for something a bit different this Mother's Day? Diners can treat their mums to a luxurious dining experience at Heywood Marigold on 30th March. With tables available from 12:30pm through to 8:30pm, the restaurant offers flexibility to suit any family's plans.
The special Mother's Day menu showcases the best of British cuisine with innovative twists. Guests can start their celebration with the signature Beetroot Goats Cheese Cheesecake featuring a delicate puff pastry base, hazelnut brittle and burnt pear, or perhaps the Marigold Crabmeat Rarebit on Sourdough with dressed rocket.
For the main course, diners can indulge in the Dijon Rubbed Roast Chicken Breast served with bacon hash, braised fennel, spinach, leeks and garlic cream sauce. Alternatively, the Roast Striploin of Beef with honey roasted root vegetables, Yorkshire pudding and red wine jus offers a traditional Sunday roast elevated to new heights.
Seafood lovers will appreciate the Pan Seared Barramundi with couscous, peperonata, horseradish gel and basil pesto, while vegetarian and vegan guests can enjoy the flavourful Sweet Potato Dhal accompanied by garlic coriander naan and pomegranate raitha.
No celebration would be complete without something sweet. Visitors can finish their meal with the Elderflower Crème Brûlée paired with refreshing lemon sorbet and biscotti, or perhaps the indulgent Chocolate Parfait with brandy snap, banana and caramel sauce.
Three courses are available for £39.95, or guests can choose two courses for £33.95. A children's menu is also available, making this the perfect family celebration.
