I had a nasty problem with my eye today, although I didn’t have an appointment, they told me to come back at 3.30. Owain gave me an excellent examination & was kind & helpful. Recommended the right treatment, I am feeling relieved & feeling a bit better already. Excellent service. Thank you.
The staff went above and beyond to help me. Due to awful headaches i went for a eye test, however due to light sensitivity they put me in a darker room and kept me informed of everything with staff being amazing. Even a follow up call as got referred to gp for scans. Honestly they made a awful time bearable.
