A late penalty goal winner from Joe Leahy saw Merlins Bridge come away from Kilgetty with all three points, winning 3-2 in a close encounter.
Sam Christopher opened the scoring for the visitors, but their lead was cancelled out on the stroke of half-time with a goal from Joshua Bevan for Kilgetty.
Subsitute Tom Mezzetta restored the Wizards' lead in the 59th minute before Steven Thomas drew Kilgetty level again in the 80th minute.
With the game heading towards its finish, the Wizards were awarded a penaly, which was dispatched by Joe Leahy to secure an important three points.
Elsewhere title rivals Goodwick made light work of Monkton Swifts with a 5-0 victory thanks to goals from Jordan Thomas, Daniel James, Rhys Jones, William Haworth and Jonny Horgan.
Only one point separates the two clubs at the top of the table.
