Tenby jumped up to third place in Division Two, after a 7-1 home victory over Carew 2nds tonight at The Clicketts.
With a number of games in hand to make up over their promotion rivals, Tenby continued their impressive form as they march towards Division One.
Since their Senior Cup Semi-Final defeat to Goodwick United, Tenby have now scored 39 goals in 3 games with striker Scott Ferney leading the line with an impressive 34 league goals.
Samuel Butler and Scott Ferney scored early braces to put Tenby 4 up inside 26 minutes before Carew pulled one back to make it 4-1 at the break with a free-kick from Charlie Arthur from outside the box.

Samuel Butler also grabbed a hat-trick, scoring a third himself in the 82nd minute before substitute Jacob Hipkiss added another to crown the victory.

With only Milford United and Hakin 2nds ahead of them, the result puts Tenby in the promotion places with Hakin 2nds unable to be promoted to the same league as their first team.
Should Tenby win their four games in hand over Milford United, they would go level on points at the top of the table with them but with a superior goal difference.
