Clarbeston Road kept up their strong form in Manderwood Pembrokeshire Division One with a 5-4 victory over Neyland on Saturday 13th April.
The visitors got off to a great start when Laurie Haworth put them in front in just seven minutes.
The young Nomads responded brilliantly, equalising through Ben Gale before going ahead thanks to Leo Power.
However, their lead was shortlived as Clarbeston Road went on a seven minute goal flurry, with a goal from Ben "Rocky" John in the 32nd minute followed by goals in the 36th and 39th minutes from Laurie Haworth to complete his hat-trick.
Neyland pulled a goal back to make the score 3-4 just before half-time through Max Bowman-Davies.
In a quieter second half, Laurie Haworth once again found himself on the scoresheet in the 80th minute.
Mike Chandler pulled another goal back for the hosts in the 89th minute but Clarbeston Road held on for the away victory.
The win means that Neyland are now relegated to Division Two, with Clarbeston Road flying high in third place ahead of what should be a fascinating contest with Carew in the Senior Cup Semi-Final between two of the division's in-form teams.
