Otters bounce back in style

We warned before last weekend that Newcastle Emlyn could be facing the Otters at a very dangerous time. Following two defeats on the bounce in league and cup Narberth were keen to bounce back in style and they did.

Their pack dominated and backs Gibby, Rogers and Sutton controlled the game from the outset. However it was flanker Guto Davies who was awarded man of the match which he shared with back Dean James, who were both outstanding on the day.

A massive twelve tries and eight conversions meant the Otters racked up 66 points and their defence was only breached once for a converted try.

Illan Phillips, Hedd Nicholas and Ashley Sutton all got a brace, while Davies, Gibby, Evans and James also crossed the whitewash. A complete performance for the Otters and one that keeps them top of the Championship.
