Hakin United's young 2nds team got off to a winning start in Pembrokeshire Division Two, with a 2-0 victory over Merlins Bridge 2nds.
The game was the second time the two clubs saw senior sides face off against each other in two days, with both sides 1sts teams playing each other the previous night.
Both lineups saw new faces introduced, with plenty of young talent on display for both teams.
After a goalless first half, the Vikings broke the deadlock in the 64th minute with Evan Rutherford scoring after being set up by Tommy Powles.
Rutherford turned provider in the 95th minute, setting up new Captain Thomas Evans to make it two late on and seal the three points.
