Pennar Robins Under 10s Coaches Richard, Phil and Mikey, and their squad of young footballers took on the mighty Pen-y-Fan mountain this past Saturday, to raise vital funds for the season ahead. The young stars powered up South Wales' highest peak in just over an hour, leaving their parents puffing in their wake.

With the team moving up to U10s in September, they need new gear - bigger goals, fresh balls, and top-notch training equipment. And in true Pembrokeshire spirit, they decided to earn it themselves!

"We're lucky to have such a brilliant bunch of kids who want to play, and some are showing huge potential already," Coach Richard told us before the climb. 

The day was filled with laughter and team bonding, not to mention the few grumbles from the parents who got roped into the "hardest route possible", with the team raising a tidy sum towards their new equipment.
