Monkton Swifts started the calendar year with a convincing 4-0 victory over Milford United in the Manderwood Pembrokeshire Division One.

After a mixed first half to the season, the Swifts have started to pick up some form and are undefeated in five league games with back to back wins seeing them sit in fifth place in the league.

Chris Richards got the hosts off the mark in the 10th minute after being setup by Thomas Powell.

Thomas Powell then set up another, this time for Dylan Davies in the 24th minute with the Swifts going into the half time break with a two goal lead.

Ben Steele then made it three in the 57th minute after being set up by Cameron Brunton.

Brunton then got on the scoresheet himself thanks to an assist from Jamie Wilkes.
