Neyland's second string hosted Kilgetty in the third division, with both sides firmly in mid table. The visitors batted first, key batsman Richard Cope (35) and name sake Richard Webb (35) both got starts but were unable to kick on. Neyland's attack worked well as a unit and Corey Riley impressed taking 3-32, meanwhile Stephen Murray and Sam Laugharne also bowled well to claim two wickets each. Kilgetty posted 169 all out which on another day could and perhaps should have been more.
In reply, it was again Murray and Riley who impressed, displaying they are proper all rounders. Murray led the way with 48 while Riley saw his team over the line with an unbeaten 20. Dylan James also made a key contribution of 38 which was vital in his teams chase, Neyland reached their target having lost five wickets and would have been pleased with a very good win on home turf.
