Pembrokeshire Schools FA recently held their end of season presentation over two evenings at Heatherton.

Squads from u9’s to u16’s enjoyed their time on the activitieand food before the actual presentation took place

The coaches summed up the season, praising the development of all players, before presenting each squad with PSFA medals.Awards were given out for each age group.

The medals and awards were presented by former Pembs Schools players who are all currently representing Wales:

Harri and Dan John WSFA u18s

Imi Scourfield Wales u19’s

Ffion Bowen Wales u17’s

The under 11’s Tom Yeoman squad were also presented with their traditional County Schools bootbags and the u12’s Boys shortly will be going to Stamford Bridge for the Play on the Pitch Tournament.

A special mention should go the u11’s Girls and coaches who qualified for the John Mann Festival Finals in Cardiff. They were narrowly beaten in the semi-finals by Wrexham. The u15’s girls missed out reaching the semi-finals by fine margins after an excellent season.

Several of the Pembs players attended Welsh Schools u14’s Boys and Girls  and u16’s Girls trials this season.

Ada Woodman was successful and is a member of the WSFA u16’s Girls Squad.

All the playerscoaches and parents were thanked for their commitment  and dedication over the season.

Two coaches are stepping down from coaching this year  and they were thanked for their services- Shaun Donohoe from the u15 boys who has been a successful coach for the last 3 years and Angie Nicholls who has been coaching schools’ football for 25+ years, but will remain in her admin role.

PSFA are grateful to Charles and Andy and all the staff at Heatherton for once again hosting two fantastic evenings and to the squad trophy sponsors.
