A terrific second half comeback saw Monkton Swifts progress to the next round of the West Wales Cup, with a 4-3 victory over AFC Glais on Saturday 2nd November.
The Swifts got off to a dream start, taking the lead in the opening minute through Dylan Davies, but soon found themselves with a mountain to climb, conceding goals in the 15th, 27th and 46th minutes of the first half to trail 1-3 at the interval.
Davies was on the scoresheet again, this time in the 62nd minute to halve the deficit for the hosts.
There was then to be dramatic late action, with Davies completing his hat-trick in the 89th minute before Ben Steele set up Liam Butland for the winner in the 93rd minute.
