Johnston finished their season with an impressive 4-0 win over Neyland in Pembrokeshire Division Two, thanks to a first half hat-trick from Josh Knapp.

With the game starting fairly evenly, it was the Tigers who broke the deadlock seven minutes in, with Joey George floating through a lovely ball for Josh Knapp to impressively take down and slot home after a smart run in to the box from the right flank.

Just five minutes later and Knapp doubled the lead, capitalised on a mix-up at the back to slow home once again with another good finish.

Then just nine minutes later Knapp completed his hat-trick after a clever one too with captain Joey George, before cutting back on to his left foot to fire home.

With a more even second half, goalkeeper Anthony Bevans was reliably called up to help keep the score level with a couple of impressive saves, whilst Johnston were just missing the final pass to add another goal.

A fourth goal was finally added in the 71st minute, with substitute Craig Bendall playing a lovely ball over the top, left by Ryan Doyle who realised he was offside, for the on-running Joey George, who calmly converted to round off the scoring.

The result sees Johnston sit in 4th place following an impressive end to the season, losing only once in ten games. They will hold that position but for a six goal swing for Camrose, who travel to face Broad Haven tonight, Wednesday 2nd April.
