SSA Pembrokeshire (Scorers Soccer Academy) brought its community together for a special fundraising evening, with parents and coaches taking to the pitches to support the academy's younger coaching team.

The event aimed to raise funds to send junior coaches to Holland alongside the players they work with throughout the season. Despite wet and windy conditions, the SSA family turned out in force, with parents from across the Elite Academy age groups – from Under 8s through to Under 13s – taking on the coaching team in an impressive 150 minutes of football.

The evening proved to be a resounding success, raising an incredible £1,300 towards the trip. Parents not only participated in the matches but stayed on to support the SSA Elite Academy players, demonstrating the strong sense of community that runs through the organisation.

SSA thanked everyone involved for braving the Pembrokeshire weather to make the event such a memorable occasion, with more photos and details of upcoming events – including a big May fixture for parents – to follow soon.
